Sticker Sheets (StickerSheets.com) is operated by Eyespike Corporation. This policy explains where we ship, what it costs, and when to expect your order.
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Standard shipping is a flat $10 per order, and free on orders of $150 or more. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Sample packs ship free. When we offer faster shipping, it is priced at checkout and is not covered by free shipping.
Custom orders are made after you approve them, so the schedule runs from approval, not from checkout.
Sample packs are ready-made and usually ship within 2 to 3 business days of your order.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Carrier transit time and carrier delays are outside our production time. A faster shipping option shortens the carrier's transit time, not our production time.
If we cannot ship within the time we promised, we tell you, give you a new date, and offer you the choice of waiting or canceling for a full refund. If you cancel, we refund promptly.
Every order ships in a box sized to the order. Sheets are never rolled or folded. Every shipment is tracked, and you get an email with the tracking number when it leaves us.
We ship to the address on your order, so check it before you approve. If you spot a mistake, tell us through the contact form right away and we will let you know whether it can still be changed. Once an order has shipped we cannot redirect it.
If your tracking stops moving or your order arrives damaged or short, report it through the order problem form at StickerSheets.com/pages/order-issue within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days of the expected delivery date if it never arrives. Include your order number and photos of anything damaged. We handle it as described in our Refund policy.

This policy is part of our Terms of service. If any part of it is held unlawful or unenforceable, that part alone is removed and the rest of this policy and our other policies continue in full force.
