Sticker Sheets (StickerSheets.com) is operated by Eyespike Corporation, a Florida corporation. These terms apply to the website and to every order placed through it. By placing an order you agree to them. Our Refund policy and Shipping policy are part of these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Every order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your proof; for orders approved on the site, when the order enters production; and for ready-made items such as sample packs, when we ship. We may decline or cancel an order because of a pricing or listing error, an artwork problem we cannot resolve with you, a production limit, or suspected fraud. If we cancel all or part of an order after you have paid, we refund whatever we canceled, in full.
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay, unless it was an obvious error, in which case we cancel and refund the order as described above. Shipping, any sales tax, and any rush or faster-shipping option you choose are added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout. Discount codes apply only as their own terms allow, can be combined with other discounts only where the code permits it, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can be withdrawn at any time.
Orders are approved in one of two ways. Some are proofed by email: we send a proof after you order and nothing prints until you approve it. Others are approved on the site: the design you confirm before adding it to your cart is your approved proof, and no emailed proof is needed. Your order confirmation tells you which applies. Either way, approval is your responsibility: check the artwork, spelling, layout, sizes, cut lines, quantity, finish, and the shipping address on your order.
Your order enters production at a set point, and from then on it cannot be canceled, changed, or returned, and anything that prints as it appeared on the approved design is not a defect. If your order is proofed by email, that point is your approval; until then you can cancel for a full refund, and an unanswered proof is canceled and refunded as described in our Refund policy. If you approved the design on the site, that point is one business day after you order, or immediately if you chose a rush service; until then you can cancel for a full refund.
We print what you supply. Our checks are production checks, whether a file can be printed and cut, not proofreading and not a review of your rights to the artwork. We lay out the sheet and the proof shows what will print, but we do not redraw or correct artwork.
You keep ownership of the artwork you upload. By uploading it you give us permission to use it to complete your order: to store it, proof it, adjust it for production, and print it, and to let any supplier or contractor involved in producing your order do the same for that purpose only. We keep a copy with the order record so we can answer questions about the order, and we reprint it only when you ask us to or as a remedy under our Refund policy. You can ask us to delete your artwork once the order is complete, and we will, except where we need to keep it for the order record or the law requires it. We do not show your artwork on our website or in our marketing unless you agree to that separately.
You are responsible for your artwork. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including any logos, names, images, and text in it, and that printing it does not break any law or anyone's rights, including copyright, trademark, publicity, and privacy rights.
We do not review artwork for rights or content, and we have no obligation to. Producing an order is not a judgment that the artwork was lawful or that you had the rights to it, and it does not shift responsibility for the artwork to us. We may, at our sole discretion and without any obligation to explain, decline to print or cancel an order for any reason, including artwork we believe infringes someone's rights or is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or misleading. If we cancel, we refund as described in section 2. Declining one order does not mean we reviewed or approved any other.
If someone else brings a claim against Eyespike Corporation, its owners, employees, or agents, or any suppliers or contractors involved in producing your order, because of your artwork, your use of the site, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the resulting losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees, and to defend the claim if we ask. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own fault. We will tell you promptly about any such claim, and we may take over its defense at our own expense.
The proof shows your artwork, the layout, and the cut lines. It is not a sample of printed color or of the material. What counts as normal variation and what counts as a defect is set out in our Refund policy.
We ship within the United States only. Shipping cost and timing are set out in our Shipping policy. Production time is counted from proof approval, not from checkout. If an order arrives damaged or short, tell us as described in our Refund policy and we will work it out with you.
Custom-printed products cannot be returned. What we do when something is wrong is set out in our Refund policy, which is part of these terms.
Our stickers are made for decorative use on clean, dry, smooth surfaces. We do not guarantee how long they last outdoors, in a dishwasher, or on any particular surface, and we are not responsible for damage to a surface a sticker is applied to or removed from.
The website, its design, text, and images are ours or licensed to us. You may use the site to browse and order; you may not copy or reuse its content without permission. Your artwork remains yours.
By placing an order you agree that we may email you about it: the proof, order and production updates, shipping notices, and replies to your questions. Marketing email is separate and only sent if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe from it at any time without affecting order emails.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Our promises to you are the ones written in these terms and in our Refund policy. Beyond those, products and the website are provided "as is" and "with all faults," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, missed events, or delays, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limit does not apply to liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or to any other liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be heard in the state courts of Hillsborough County, Florida, or in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, and you agree to that venue, except that either of us may bring a claim in small claims court where it qualifies.
These terms and each policy that forms part of them, including the Refund policy and the Shipping policy, are separate provisions. If any provision, or any policy, is held unlawful or unenforceable, that provision alone is removed to the extent required, and the rest of these terms and the other policies continue in full force.
