Custom sticker sheets

One flat sheet with your artwork printed and kiss-cut on it. Each sticker peels off; the backing stays whole. Put several designs on one sheet for swag, or repeat one design across the sheet for product labels.

Quantity is the number of identical copies of one sheet layout, minimum 10. Need a different layout too? Add it to your cart as its own item, with its own quantity.

Sheets arrive with the excess vinyl in place around your stickers. We don't remove it. Peel each sticker out as you use it, or lift a corner of the excess and peel it away in one piece.

The adhesive is made to stay put, so we don't recommend these for painted walls.

Every sheet prints on 2.75 mil American-made vinyl. Thick enough to handle without creasing, and opaque so your colors do not pick up whatever is underneath.

Matte and gloss add a clear film over the print: another 2.75 mil, so the sticker finishes about 5.5 mil, roughly twice as thick. That film is what does the outdoor work: it carries UV absorbers that keep printed color from fading in sunlight, and it takes the scuffs before your ink does. Rated for up to six years outside.

Holographic is laminated too, on that same 2.75 mil film with a prismatic effect worked into it instead of the clear finish, so it finishes about as thick as matte and gloss. It is the showiest of the three laminates, and the trade is outdoor life: the holographic film is rated up to three years outside where the clear one is rated up to six.

Economical leaves that layer off. It is the same printed vinyl at 2.75 mil, for our lowest price, with a natural gloss from the media itself. It is the economical pick for indoor work: packaging inserts, product labels on boxes, planner and journal stickers, envelope seals, event swag. Indoors and out of direct sun there is not much for a laminate to protect against.

Going outside, or onto something that gets handled hard, such as a water bottle, a laptop lid, a cooler, a car window? Pick one of the laminated three.

Upload a PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, SVG, TIFF, JPG, PNG or HEIC file at the sheet size you picked. Vector files print sharpest; images need 300 dpi. Sending a finished layout? Upload the one file. Sending the images separately? Upload them together and we arrange them on the sheet, then show you exactly how it will print in the proof.

One upload is one sheet layout. A PDF must be a single page, with as many designs on it as fit. One sheet takes up to 10 images. For a different layout, add it to your cart as a separate item.

Send each image exactly as it should print, with no sizes, notes or instructions inside the artwork. Put those in the order notes. PNGs should have a transparent background.

We print your artwork as supplied and don't color match. Printed colors can vary slightly from how they look on screen.

Stickers are kiss-cut along the edge of your artwork. On small details or inside cuts, a hairline of white or a cut just inside the color may occasionally show. We don't add bleed to sheet artwork, so for color right to the edge, build bleed into your file. Designs with a white border need no bleed. See the artwork guide.
